These creative and interactive workshops for kids enhance their emotional, physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It is never too early to teach kids to be all that they can be so theintuition to to be well adjusted adults. By learning how to deal with their fears, to express themselves effectively, to get in touch with their emotions and thoughts, to raise their self esteem, and to be assertive, kids will be able to create positive changes in their lives and reach for their goals and dreams.

Treasure Quest Empowerment Workshop
Saturday March 25 4: 00- 5: 30 pm In this innovative and fun workshop that will help increase self esteem and confidence, children will learn the importance of their spoken words and how these affect their daily experiences. They will discover how to use affirmations creatively and see how these power words can create positive ripples in their life. They will explore their inner treasures and make a unique treasure box as a reminder of how they can create the life they deserve. 1½ hour session

Mirrors and Their Reflections Empowerment Workshop
Sunday April 23 4: 00- 5: 30pm
Children learn how their outer experiences reflect their inner experiences by exploring their thoughts and beliefs about themselves. They create a personalized mirror to take home as a reminder of how powerful they truly are in creating many of their life situations.

My Unique Puzzle Empowerment Workshop

Power Girls Theater Workshop (ages 12-15)
Children learn how life is like a movie . Through therapeutic role playing and skits, they look within and discover the different parts of themselves while developing confidence, building social skills, and increasing self-expression. A unique craft is created as a reminder of how powerful they are in creating the life they want.

Power Girls (ages 12- 15)
My Edition Power Girls Workshop *NEW*
In this inspirational workshop, girls will have the opportunity to be inspired and learn how to align to their potential. They will create a powerful work of art depicting their goals and aspirations. This work of art will help girls visualize what is most important to them as well as motivate them to work towards achieving their goals

Empowerment Workshops
3 session Social Skills Workshops
Children learn how to develop social skills, build and maintain friendships, overcome their fears and increase their self-esteem.
Also through role-playing, arts and crafts, and teamwork, children learn how to transform into their best version.

Meditation Series:
The Now Meditation Workshop
In this introductory workshop, children learn the basics of meditation and mindfulness. They learn how to let go, quiet their busy mind, be more aware and how to focus their attention on the present moment. Children also create a craft that is a reminder of the importance of being mindful.

My Special Safe Place Meditation Workshop
Sunday April 21 4: 00- 5; 30 pm
Children learn how to let go and create their imaginary safe place that they can go to when they feel anxious, stressed, fearful, angry, or insecure. Participants make a craft of their special safe place to take home as a reminder of how peaceful and calm they felt and could feel again.

Meditation Workshop
Starring MeIn this workshop that will help build self esteem, participants will have the opportunity to visualize and learn how to create the life that they want to create as they focus on their goals and dreams. They will take on the roles of actor, producer and director. Children will also create a craft that will be a powerful reminder of how they can manifest the life that they deserve.
