These creative and interactive workshops for children enhance their emotional, physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It is never too early to teach children to be all that they can be so they can grow up to to be well adjusted adults. If children can learn how powerful they are in creating many of their life situations, they would be more confident in making positive changes in order to reach their potential. As they learn how to be their best and feel their best, they will be able to give their best!

Each empowerment workshops includes a unique therapeutic craft incorporating all tools learned that the child can take home acting as a reminder of what they learned.

Social Me Empowerment Group (ages 6-12)
Helping kids with ASD build confidence & social skills! Through fun games, role-play, guided peer interaction, meaningful discussion and therapeutic crafts, your child will:

Theatre Workshops
In this empowering and fun workshop children develop confidence and self-esteem, while building social skills, and increasing self-expression.
Through therapeutic role playing and skits, children have the opportunity to look within and discover the different parts of themselves, and how these parts work together to allow them to unlock their potential.
A unique craft is created as a reminder of how powerful they are in creating the life they want.

Ages 6-12 & Ages 11-14
In this inspirational workshop, girls are introduced to stereotypes and some media portrayals of women in society. They have the opportunity to learn how to align with their potential and create a powerful work of art depicting their goals and aspirations. This work of art will help them visualize what is most important to them as well as motivate them to work towards what they want to achieve.

Children learn how to develop social skills, build and maintain friendships, overcome their fears and increase their self-esteem.

Meditation Workshop
This empowering workshop promotes mindfulness & awareness. Children learn how to let go, quiet their busy mind and be more in the present moment. They learn how to connect to themselves and be more aware of their thoughts, sensations & emotions as they appear. Children discover how to be in control of how they act and react as well as how to better focus and be less reactive & impulsive.
Participants create a craft that is a reminder of the importance of being mindful.

My Special Safe Place
Meditation Workshop
Children learn how to let go and create their imaginary safe place that they can go to when they feel anxious, stressed, fearful, angry, or insecure. Participants make a craft of their special safe place to take home as a reminder of how peaceful and calm they felt and could feel again.

Meditation Workshop
In this workshop that will help build self esteem, participants will have the opportunity to visualize and learn how to create the life that they desire as they focus on their goals and dreams. They will take on the roles of producer, director, actor and writer. Children will also create a craft that will be a powerful reminder of how they can manifest the life that they deserve.

The Discovering Me Series
Based on the children’s book Jonathan’s Magical Discoveries, and its companion workbook/activity book Discovering Me written by Hana Swieca.
This innovative program teaches children how to empower themselves to reach their potential while dealing with personal daily challenges. Participants learn many creative tools by looking within, while going on their own magical journey of self-discovery and taking action to reach their goals and dreams.
