Hana Swieca, B.A., ANQ, ANPQ

Hana Swieca has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Social Sciences and Psychology from Concordia University, along with a diploma in Energetic Anatomy & Energy Medicine. She has pursued extensive additional certifications in psycho-spiritual counseling, transformational imagery, cognitive behavioural therapy, inner child and parts work, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, conscious parenting, sound therapy, and other complementary healing modalities.
With over 30 years of training and experience, Hana has worked extensively with children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, fears, anger, bullying, social difficulties, depression, ADHD, parenting concerns, and major life transitions. She also spent more than 14 years working with children and teens in Youth Protection and Family Services, deepening her insight into child development and trauma.
Her mission is to empower, inspire, and educate others to unlock their potential and be their best version as they go on a journey of self discovery, through her unique empowerment coaching, workshops/ programs and products created by her. She helps her clients have a greater awareness of their connection to self and their relationship with the world around them, while helping them realize how powerful they are in creating many of their life situations.
Hana has created and led various empowerment workshops for children of all ages at her clinic and in elementary school & preschool settings. She works in private practice, offering holistic empowerment coaching for children, teens, and adults while working intuitively and creatively using an integrative approach. When working with children, a personalized intervention plan appropriate for the age and situation of the child is created. These services can be offered in the form of individual empowerment coaching, parenting, and group empowerment workshops.
Hana loves to create and incorporate unique, therapeutic, and empowering crafts in her work with children to take home which act as a reminder of the tools learned. 
Hana is the author of the children’s book for all ages, Jonathan’s Magical Discoveries, and its companion workbook/activity book, Discovering Me, as well as Discovering Me Coloring & Activity book- Positive Affirmations & Empowering Activities. She also offers an 8-week empowerment program for children, called Discovering Me, which is based on her books. She has also worked and consulted for Chouette Publishing, the creator of the popular Caillou character.
Over the years, she has written imaginative, empowering, and transformational stories for children and the child within. In a magical and unique way, she loves to write about real-life issues facing children and create innovative workshops, hoping to inspire others to see how powerful they truly are. Hana has created empowering products that complement the healing messages in her books and is currently working on a new themed series aimed at inspiring children through a variety of topics.
She works with a team of psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches & educational consultants at the Kidz Mpowered / PsySante clinic which she also co-directs.
Hana is a member of L’Association des Naturothérapeutes du Québec & L’Association des Naturopathes du Quebec.
She is also a mother, and has 2 adult children of her own.

Stephane Bensoussan,

Stephane’s intentions are to help you understand yourself better, remove limitations from your past, give you tools to better living, support you and your loved ones through life challenges, and inspire you to push you rlimits and reach for success and self actualization. He has developed expertise as a clinical and health psychologist, educational psychologist and inspirational speaker.
As a clinical psychologist he embraces an integrative approach in honoring the cognitive, behavioral, emotional, social, intuitive, and spiritual dimensions of well-being. He is dedicated to guiding you on a journey toward the harmonious integration of mind, body, and spirit.
With graduate and post-graduate training from McGill University, he has developed a broad foundation in behavioral therapy, behavioral medicine, child development and parenting, psycho-oncology, psychoneuroimmunology, complementary medicine, spiritual psychotherapy, mindfulness meditation.
He has also developed training in assessing and supporting war veterans with PTSD. He is the author of Mieux Vivre avec le Cancer: Les Solutions Naturelles pour Atténuer les Symptômes,a book designed to help people deal with cancer and its side effects.
As an educational psychologist, he has specialized in conducting psychoeducational tests to assess ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disorders. He conducts these assessments for all ages.
Stephane has had the privilege of consulting with numerous school boards, helping teachers, principals, and administrators address behavioral and health issues. As an expert in behavioral disorders, he designed and authored Project PEACE, a manual to foster a non-violent, nurturing school environment for a regional school board. He was also a consultant to a primary school and helped them integrate mindfulness meditation into their daily curriculum.
As an inspirational speaker, he has lead training seminars and workshops in corporate settings, professional conferences and academic institutions.


Chantal Massad, B.A., CPC
Neurodivergent Coach
With over 12 years of experience, Chantal supports neurodivergent children, teens, and adults to better understand their wiring and build lives that align with how their brains and nervous systems function. Her work is grounded in a nervous-system-first approach and informed by both professional training and lived experience with late-diagnosed ADHD.
She holds a B.A. in Child Studies with a minor in Psychology and a specialization in Inclusion and Diversity. She is a Certified Professional Coach with additional certifications in Neuroscience and Neurodiversity. Her experience spans school, community, and clinical settings, where she collaborates closely with psychologists and therapists to ensure support is cohesive and human-centered.
Chantal’s work focuses on executive functioning, emotional regulation, communication differences, sensory needs, and the impact of masking. Her role is not to “fix” individuals, but to help create conditions where neurodivergent strengths can emerge through understanding and appropriate environmental support.
Michelle Vaudrin, M.Ed
NeuroEducation Consultant, Tomatis® Consultant & Reading Expert
Michelle helps children, adolescents, and adults navigate learning challenges through personalized, neuroscience-informed and evidence-aligned approaches. Drawing on expertise in neuroscience, psychology, cognitive science, and literacy, she seeks to understand the factors that may be affecting learning and to strengthen the skills and processes that support successful reading, learning, and everyday functioning.
Driven by a desire to better understand how the brain learns and why some individuals experience persistent learning challenges, Michelle has pursued extensive training in a range of educational and neuroscience-informed approaches. She is a Tomatis® Level 4 Consultant and has completed training in Neuralign®, the Arrowsmith Program, Interactive Metronome, Cellfield®, Neuro-Sensori-Motor Reflex Integration, and Montessori education.
Her commitment to evidence-informed literacy instruction led her to complete a Master of Education in Reading Development and Instruction at Memorial University of Newfoundland, where she was awarded the Fellowship of the School of Graduate Studies in recognition of outstanding academic achievement. She is also a member of QARE (Québec Advocates for Reading Equity), a provincial subgroup of Dyslexia Canada that advocates for equitable access to high-quality, evidence-aligned reading instruction for students in Québec’s English school system.
Michelle brings more than three decades of experience in education and educational leadership. After teaching at the high school and CEGEP levels for 14 years, she founded Vaudrin Academy, a private trilingual preschool and elementary school known for its individualized and innovative approach to education. As founder and principal, she served in numerous roles, including teacher, pedagogical advisor, curriculum developer, Montessori preschool coordinator, and professional development leader. Her experience working with diverse learners and families has shaped her commitment to individualized responsive education.
Today, Michelle offers personalized programs designed to support areas such as listening, language processing, reading, attention, executive functioning, self-regulation, and learning efficiency. Each program is tailored to the learner’s unique strengths, needs, and goals, with the aim of helping individuals develop greater confidence, independence, and success at school, at work, and in everyday life.
Michelle has a particular talent for translating complex concepts about the brain and learning into practical, understandable guidance. She empowers learners and their families by helping them better understand the learning process and by providing individualized strategies, interventions, and supports they can apply in everyday life.
Michelle is proud to be part of the Kidz Mpowered team, sharing a holistic philosophy that recognizes the interconnected roles of the mind, body, heart, spirit, and environment in learning and development.
Above all, Michelle’s greatest inspiration has been her own two children. Their unique learning journeys deepened her understanding of neurodiversity and strengthened her commitment to helping every learner recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and reach their potential.
Brianny Rouleau, B.A.
NeuroEducation Consultant Associate, Neuralign®& Tomatis®Practitioner
Brianny is a Neuralign® and Tomatis® Practitioner and NeuroEducation Consultant Associate at Kidz Mpowered, where she supports children and youth through personalized, neuroscience-informed approaches to learning. As a Neuralign® Practitioner, she guides clients through the program and provides individualized support throughout their learning journey.
Brianny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and is currently completing a Certificate of Professional Learning specializing in Learning Disabilities, Dyslexia, and ADHD. She is also pursuing additional training in neuroscience-informed approaches to learning, further developing her knowledge of cognition, attention, learning, and diverse learning needs.
Known for her professionalism, compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills, Brianny is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, build confidence, and experience greater success and ease in learning. She is committed to ongoing professional development and to providing each client with thoughtful, individualized, and supportive care.

Shahd El Tahrawi, B.A. – Psychology Candidate
Child Development & Learning Support Educator
Shahd is in her final year of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Specialization) at Concordia University. She brings hands-on experience working with children in clinical, educational, and community settings, including over two years of experience as an early childhood educator.
Shahd provides individualized learning support that combines structured skill-building, guided practice, academic support, and practical learning strategies. She adapts her approach to each child’s needs, strengths, and pace, creating a supportive environment where children can strengthen their skills and build confidence in their abilities.
At Kidz Mpowered, Shahd also facilitates the All About Me Program for children ages 3–5, supporting self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, communication, and positive social skills through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
Shahd believes that every child has strengths to build upon and that the right support can help children feel more capable and confident in their learning. She is committed to helping children develop the skills, strategies, and confidence they need to thrive both academically and personally.
Veronica Scotto, PhD candidate
Educational Consultant
Veronica completed her M.Sc. in Mental Health, Psychiatry speciality at McGill and continuing to doctoral studies in School \ Applied Child Psychology. She has several years of experience working with children both individually and in groups, particularly those facing behavioral and developmental challenges. She has also led several group empowerment workshops privately at the Kidz Mpowered clinic, as well as at preschool and daycare centers. Additionally, she has provided tailored, individualized sessions for children aged 3-5. Veronica’s experience extends to working with youth at Montreal’s Child and Youth Protection Centre (DPJ), where she has supported children presenting with Disruptive Behavior Disorders (DBDs), helping them navigate relational challenges, establish appropriate boundaries, and improve emotional regulation.
At the heart of Veronica’s work is a deep commitment to understanding each child’s unique emotional and developmental needs to create a strong, nurturing foundation. She finds immense joy in guiding children as they explore their world and discover their interests. Recognizing that children express themselves in different ways, Veronica takes an empathic, compassionate, and attentive approach, always considering the child’s perspective. She is dedicated to empowering children and families, helping them build self-confidence and thrive in their everyday lives!
