Workshops
Workshops are educational and strategy-focused, designed for clients or professionals seeking a deeper understanding of neurodivergent functioning. Topics may include:
- Understanding the nervous system in ADHD and autism
- Executive functioning in real-life contexts
- Supporting regulation at home or school
- Reducing masking and burnout
Workshops combine research-informed content with practical implementation tools.
Parent Support Groups
Parent support groups help caregivers move from traditional behavior-management frameworks toward a nervous-system-informed understanding of their child. Sessions may include:
- Understanding neurodivergent development
- Reframing behavior through the lens of regulation
- Reducing power struggles
- Practical strategies for home implementation
These groups also provide a safe, non-judgmental space where parents can openly discuss their challenges, doubts, and fatigue. They reduce isolation, normalize lived experiences, and create opportunities to connect with other caregivers navigating similar realities.
The goal is to replace confusion and conflict with clarity, confidence, and practical tools, while also supporting the well-being of the parents themselves.

Specialized training for child care centers
This training offers a practical, accessible, and nervous-system-informed approach to better understanding behaviours associated with ADHD, autism, sensory differences, and emotional dysregulation. Beyond diagnoses, we help educators understand what lies beneath the behaviours they observe so they can respond with greater confidence, calm, and effectiveness.
Available in person or virtually, this training equips teams with strategies tailored to the needs of neurodivergent children while helping reduce the stress and burnout often experienced in educational settings.
Participants will learn practical techniques to prevent meltdowns, support co-regulation, adapt their environment, and confidently support neurodivergent children.
The goal is to reduce daily stress, support educator well-being, and create an environment where every child can thrive.
